Yvonne brings a unique blend of legal expertise and business acumen to Bonafi.
Yvonne holds a law degree and has worked as a practising Solicitor in Ireland for 14 years. Yvonne has transitioned into Business Operations, leveraging her extensive legal knowledge and experience to optimise processes and drive efficiency.
Yvonne oversees supplier relationships, manages third-party contracts, and ensures compliance with requirements. She analyses data to make informed decisions and aligns operations with financial goals. Yvonne ensures all systems operate smoothly and effectively and align with quality standards.
Yvonne has also attained a qualification in Human Resource Management Practice, and holds CIPD membership. Yvonne oversees the successful execution of HR processes and technologies, manages the implementation of new company policies and maintains HR systems to drive an efficient and optimal employee experience. Yvonne plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth procedures and improving employee relations.
